Dr. Ceilia is a founding member of RBNA, serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a fervent advocate for social justice and is committed to anti-trafficking efforts, with particular emphasis on brain health and neurology.

She serves as the founding President of RBNA. Currently, she holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor at the George
Washington University School of Nursing, and she is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner as well as a Certified Foot Care Nurse.
